Penyedia Barang/Jasa yang melakukan Konsorsium harus mendaftar sebagai Konsorsium. Dalam hal terbentuk menggunakan sistem Prakualifikasi, Konsorsium harus terbentuk pasti sebelum penilaian Prakualifikasi.
The providers of goods/services that do the consortium must register as a consortium. In case of using prequalification system, consortium must be formed before the prequalification assessment.
