Kepada seluruh Vendor/Supplier CNOOC SES Ltd., Saat ini diketahui modus penipuan kepada vendor CNOOC dengan memanfaatkan nama personil CNOOC, antara lain Rizal Kamal, Joko Pramono, Eko Adianto, dan Agus Adam, dengan meminta vendor untuk menghubungi nama-nama tersebut ke nomer telepon tertentu dan meminta/meminjam sejumlah uang. Sebagai informasi, telepon selular personil CNOOC berawal dengan angka 0811. Dalam pandangan CNOOC, permintaan/peminjaman uang/barang berharga adalah penyuapan dan merupakan hal yang dilarang, karena itu vendor harap berhati-hati dan tidak melakukan pemberian uang/barang berharga kepada personil CNOOC. Power of Attorney Letter
In the event of the Director / Managing Director of your company which in accordance to the article of associations and its changes, cannot fulfill the following:
- To attend the Prebid Meeting and to sign the Minutes of Meeting of Prebid Meeting Minutes with attendance list of Prebid Meeting.
- To attend the Proposal Document Opening Meeting and to sign the Minutes of Proposal Document Opening Meeting with attendance list of Proposal Document Opening Meeting.
- To attend the Clarification Meeting after attending the Proposal Document Opening and to sign the Minutes of Clarification Meeting (if necessary).
- To attend the Negotiation Meeting and to sign the Minutes of Negotiation Meeting (if necessary).
- To undertake all other actions as deemed necessary in connection with the Bid / Direct Selection / Direct Appointment as mentioned above.
The said Director / Manager Director must fill and sign on stamp duty the following Power of Attorney letter.
